Performance Based Standards (PBS) units allow operators to carry more freight in one trip along with lifting the safety standard of every unit built.
Trailer builder Hercules has an exclusive agreement with Delta Hydraulics to fit their Hydraulic Hoists to all tipping trailers built by Hercules. Impressed with the reliability, durability and strength of the product the partnership between Hercules and Delta Hydraulics is set to continue well into the future.
The sales Manager at Hercules, has said that Delta’s hoists are fitted with a safety valve that means that once the tipper is tipped at an angle with a full load, the valve will maintain the angle and secure the load until the load is lowered safely, therefore maximising safety for the operator.
A long standing client of Hercules Semi Tipping Trailers, notes that the great aspect of Hercules Tipping Trailers, is that is gives their business extra payload and significant cost savings due to the reduced trips required to complete a project. In times past their dog trailers could only carry 29 tonnes per trailer, however the newer Hercules (PBS) Tipping Trailers can carry 33 tonnes per trailer.
